Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the order process and be a key player in sales enablement efforts. A successful candidate will work cross functionally to ensure that processes are documented, efficient and focused on supporting the mission of creating an outstanding, profitable customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational leadership of the KOF “Quote to Cash” process.
  • Recruit, develop and provide management oversight of regional project coordination, regional project management teams and installation partners.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with all internal departments and external partners.
  • Develop and manage customer service and quality reporting processes.
  • Assume ownership for the order management process.
  • Develop and manage purchasing processes including order fulfillment, vendor relations and negotiations.
  • Work in partnership with sales leadership to enhance sales enablement and market strategies.
  • Assist in the management of sales reports, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Develop and implement a companywide training program for sales administration and project management.
  • Lead and manage the Kentwood Office Furniture Student Internship Program.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.Top of Form
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading customer service, sales operations, or related teams.
  • Experience leading process improvement projects.
  • Commercial furniture industry experience preferred but not required.
