May 1st, 2010 by Jeff KleinKentwood Office Furniture submitted the low bid and will furnish the new Caledonia Township offices. The township is moving to a portion of the Caledonia Fire Department building at 8192 Broadmoor Avenue. Township Board members said they would like to include wiring and other infastructure in the building for future audio-visual technology upgrades. The township hopes to move into the new facility by late summer or early fall.
Kentwood Office Furniture Employees Join the 2nd Annual Grand Rapids Design.Build Competition to Help End Hunger
March 22nd, 2010 by Jeff KleinGrand Rapids, MI – The “Canstruction®” project in Grand Rapids is planning its 2nd annual design/build competition, to be held at the West Michigan Home & Garden Show in March 2010. Teams will build sculptures made entirely of canned food to help raise awareness and end hunger in Grand Rapids. The public will be able to view these sculptures on display from March 4-7, at 31st Annual Home & Garden Show at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids. The competition will benefit the Salvation Army’s Booth Family Services, a member of the ACCESS Pantry Network.

Kentwood Office participates in Watershed Cleanup
September 21st, 2008 by Jeff KleinEvery year, volunteers from the community step forward to help keep our river clean by removing trash from along the banks of the Grand River. On Saturday, September 27, 2008, a team from Kentwood Office Furniture joined members from the community, including Mayor Hartwell, to help clean up the Grand River Watershed. Kentwood cleaned the area from Michigan St Bridge to 6th St Bridge.
