Wilkast expands capacity with new facility

April 26th, 2022 by Paula McCarty

Since 1979, Wilkast has been a leader in providing precision and cosmetic aluminum and zinc die castings. Continued growth in the market required the construction of a new facility to house additional capacity.

Wilkast was interested in working with a local furniture supplier that could meet quality and timeline expectations with the ability to service any unplanned events. Kentwood Office was able to provide clear design concepts with lead times that met their needs.

Kentwood “knocked it out of the park” when it came to furnishing our new headquarter offices.  Dan and his team brought great design elements that fit our décor with a combination of new and used pieces, all within our desired budget.  Their attention to furniture fit and function, as well as delivery timelines, took all of the stress out of this part of our new building project.  I would highly recommend the team at KOF for any of your office furniture needs!

Because of growth, Reformation Heritage Books (RHB) was stretched beyond capacity and needed to increase warehousing and office space.  The newly renovated building includes a large retail store, offices, loading docks, and a warehouse. Kentwood Office partnered with RHB to furnish the space with a blended solution that met furniture expectation, budget, and timeline requirements.

It has been a delight to work with KOF. They were attentive to our ever-changing needs and made countless beneficial suggestions to lift the project to another level, beyond expectations. The result is a beautiful facility, which we hope will be fit for purpose for many years to come.’

Bloom Credit Union updates space to reflect brand

July 16th, 2020 by Paula McCarty

Bloom Credit Union planned a remodel of its current main office member service area and their lobby teller lines to better reflect their new brand & name change to Bloom Credit Union. This included updated interior finishes, signage, and office furniture. The work was mainly able to be accomplished while the branch lobby was closed due to the Stay-at-Home Order in place in Michigan. Kentwood Office was able to keep the project on budget and on time, completing the furniture installation prior to the branch re-opening with a fresh look for their members and staff.

Kentwood Office helped us brighten up and modernize the look of our oldest branch, creating a much more inviting space for our members.

Remodeled facility creates corporate office for UCS

October 29th, 2019 by Paula McCarty

UCS had outgrown their facility and was looking to secure a new facility in the area for their corporate office.  UCS, working with Pinnacle Construction and r.o.i. Design, selected an older facility to remodel. Kentwood proposed furniture that would not only meet aesthetic goals but also stay within budget and timeline constraints.

We were fortunate to have Kentwood Office Furniture as our partner during our recent move. Each person we encountered was knowledgeable and experienced. Dan took his time to understand how we function as a company. He helped us to make furniture selections that suited our work processes and helped to maximize our productivity. The moving and installation teams were also great. They did a great job of helping us feel settled quickly in our new space.

I highly recommend Kentwood Office Furniture to anyone who wants their space to be beautiful, highly functional, and unique to their operation.

Micro Kickboard relocates to on-brand space

August 21st, 2019 by Paula McCarty

“When we were looking to move into a new space, we knew we wanted to freshen it up to reflect our brand. We do sell scooters, after all! We came in not knowing what to expect in terms of cost and options for the space, but were confident in Kentwood’s ability to take us from the starting line to the finish.

They were on top of seemingly every detail and were able to provide expertise when we got stuck on layout, finishes, and beyond. Each member of the staff who had a hand in our project was professional, great listeners, and had good design sense! We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.”

– Ali Hall, Micro Kickboard
