Overview
This sales role will develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer relationships. This role will grow saales through networking and relationship building between new and existing customers as well as third-party influencers. The BDM ensures customer satisfaction from proposal through project completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop new and existing customers.

  • Exceed assigned sales quota and gross profit objectives. Utilize and continually update corporate CRM system. Provide timely and accurate sales forecast.

Delivery and Installation Specialist

Kentwood Office Furniture is looking for some friendly faces to help us make our customers happy by delivering their custom created designs to their offices. We are seeking candidates that will professionally represent themselves and the company during delivery, set-up, and installation of their orders. A CDL Class “B” would be preferred, but not required. Candidates must have a Chauffeurs License.  It would be an advantage if you have some office furniture industry experience but it is not necessary to be successful at this job.

This position will work during the day with most days starting at 7:30 am. Overtime may be needed depending on our success with customers and their office locations. Candidates must have a good driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. In order to be successful, candidates should possess a positive attitude, the ability to use hand tools and follow directions, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Communication and reliability will be your key to success in this position.
